There is one question behind almost every case of missing progress: was there an account at the time?
With an account
Your queue, learned hands, category percentages and EV history live on the server, keyed to your account. Signing in on a new device restores them. Use the same method you signed up with: an account created with email needs the email code, not Google or Apple, even if the addresses match.
If the app shows old numbers after signing in, open the Analytics tab. It refetches your stats each time you navigate to it.
Without an account
Progress made before signing up is on that device only. The app says this at the point it matters, in the prompt after your first session: “You can create an account anytime from Settings”, with the offer to keep your streak, stats and EV history safe.
Deleting the app, resetting the phone or moving to a new one without creating an account first ends that data. It is not recoverable, by support or otherwise, because nothing ties it to you.
If you are training without an account right now, this is the moment to create one: Settings → Create your account.
Progress that stops updating mid-session
Answers are saved as each hand is completed, not at the end of a session, so a session interrupted by a dropped connection keeps everything up to the interruption. If a session appears not to count at all, check that the device is online and open the Analytics tab to force a refresh.
Still wrong after that? Email [email protected] with the address on your account and roughly when the session ran.
